Order Process and Acceptance

• Order Placement: Orders are processed through direct contact via phone or email consultation

• Order Modifications: Changes to confirmed orders may be subject to additional charges and delays
• Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Minimum Orders: Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products or custom solutions
• Lead Times: Standard lead times are provided at order confirmation and may vary based on product complexity
• Rush Orders: Expedited processing available for urgent requirements with additional charges
• Backorders: Out-of-stock items may be backordered with estimated delivery dates

Pricing and Payment Terms

• Currency: All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
• Price Validity: Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Payment Methods: Bank transfers, corporate credit cards, and approved payment methods
• Individual Customers: Payment required in full before shipment
• Business Customers: Net 30 days payment terms for approved accounts with established credit
• Volume Discounts: Tiered pricing available for bulk orders and repeat customers
• Late Payment: Interest charges may apply to overdue accounts at 1.5% per month
• Currency Fluctuation: Prices may be adjusted for significant currency fluctuations on international orders

Business Customer Terms

B2B bulk packages are available for managed service providers and resellers with the following requirements:

• Credit Application: Formal credit application and approval process required
• Minimum Commitments: Annual volume commitments may be required for preferential pricing
• Reseller Agreements: Separate reseller agreements for authorized distribution partners
• Territory Restrictions: Geographic limitations may apply to reseller arrangements

Product Warranty

• Warranty Period: 12 months from date of purchase against manufacturing defects
• Warranty Coverage: Materials, workmanship, and performance under normal use conditions
• Warranty Exclusions: Damage from misuse, abuse, normal wear, or unauthorized modifications
• Warranty Claims: Must be reported within warranty period with proof of purchase
• Remedy Options: Repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion

Return Policy

• Return Period: 30 days from delivery date for unused products in original condition
• Return Authorization: RMA number required before returning any products
• Original Packaging: Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories
• Custom Products: Personalized or custom-manufactured products are not returnable
• Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective
• Restocking Fee: 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns
• Refund Processing: Refunds processed within 5-10 business days of receipt
